Where to stay?
There are countless lodging providers to choose from in the Steamboat area. Being that our office is located “On the Mountain” and in the Clock Tower Building, we suggest that you try and find lodging within walking distance to us which is also within walking distance to the Steamboat Springs Ski Area. Don't worry if you are not staying within walking distance because most of the lodging providers will provide you with a free shuttle service and we will pick you up on the day of your snowcat skiing trip.

Whitewood Ski Tours - if you are looking for a complete package with flights, lodging and lift tickets, check out Whitewood's site. On Mountain lodging - walk to Steamboat Powdercats and the Steamboat Ski Area

Chateaux Chamonix - Chateau Chamonix affords the best ski-in / ski-out lodging experience Steamboat Springs has to offer and is very close to our office. Spoil yourself with a 2,3 or 4 room luxury condominium.

Steamboat Grand - Located across the street from us, the Grand is a new hotel, owned by the Ski Area and a great place to stay on the mountain.

Sheraton - A true ski in - ski out lodging with all the Sheraton style. Only a 1-min walk from the gondola and across the street from Steamboat Powdercats.

Ranches:

Vista Verde Ranch - This classic, upscale and full service ranch is located in North Routt County and is a great place if your looking for the plush, working ranch in the country. Their customer service and facilities will blow you away. Check it out.

Where to party?
Steamboat has plenty of nightclubs, bars and evening entertainment to keep you on the go. Most evenings you will find live entertainment (and your guides) at the Tugboat Grill & Pub, which is of course within walking distance from the Steamboat Powdercats office.

The Chamber of Commerce puts together a great calendar of events and the local paper, The Steamboat Pilot and Today will provide you with an updated list of current events, local news and happenings
