Thunder Cat Is Back!

After 6 days of dissecting, repairing, and reinstalling parts, our Thunder Cat is back on track! This is the largest mechanical repair in Powdercats history. This wouldn’t have been possible without our maintenance team. After 6 days, the fellas emerged from the maintenance tent covered in hydraulic fluid and oil. Under all of that grime, there were big white smiles of relief and triumph. So our replacement cat, Calvin, is back to building roads for us. We’re lucky to have Calvin as a backup cat for situations such as these. Deep down, we miss Calvin’s speed and impressive ability to climb our steep snowy roads. A big thanks to our guests and their flexibility and understanding during these times. We’re thrilled to be back up and running with all 3 tour cats!
