Jameson Midgett – Backcountry Ski Guide

Originally from North Carolina, Jamo went to Appalachian State where he received a bachelor of science in commercial photography. Jamo joined us in 2018, as our full time photographer and worked in this position for many years. We transitioned Jamo to a part time guide in 2022-ish and starting in the 24/25 season, Jamo is a full time guide with us.

We actually lost Jamo to a real job for a couple years as he took a sales job with our friends at Mythology Distillery. Now back, we are fired up for Jamo as his contagious enthusiasm for all things Buffalo Pass will have all of us on fire.

Before joining us Jamo worked as a ski instructor, and mountain bike instructor at the Steamboat Resort.
