Where to eat during your stay
During your Steamboat Powdercats experience we will provide you with all the food necessary during the day. In the morning we have fruit, coffee, and juice, and a breakfast quiche catered by Inclusions Bakery and Dessert Bar. For lunch, our Level I and II trips are catered by the Steamboat Meat and Seafood Company at our mid-mountain cabin, and our Level III trips have a sack lunch in the cat catered by the Yampa Sandwich Company. We also have in cat snacks catered by Honey Stinger, and Bar U Eat.
Steamboat Meat and Seafood Company
The Steamboat Meat and Seafood Company has been our caterer for our Level I and II cabin lunches for many, many years. Established in 1982, they are both a USDA Inspected Facility and HACCP Certified Facility, providing the freshest seafood and healthiest meats to the Rocky Mountains.
Yampa Sandwich Company
The Yampa Sandwich Company provides the perfect packed lunch for our Level III snowcat trips and our backcountry ski and splitboard tours. These sandwiches will keep you energized lap after lap!

Brick
We’ve been hosting our holiday party at Brick for many years and love the ambiance and food that Lee and his gang serve up. Their menu is Italian flair with a wood fired pizza oven that is the best in the ‘Boat.
Cafe Diva
The best fine dining on the mountain if not in Steamboat Springs. Call them right now to make your reservation as they are so good that they are very, very booked in advanced.
Rex’s Family of Restaurants
With 6 local restaurants, Rex’s Family includes the upscale Laundry, a Powdercat favorite; Mazzolas italian diner; the Creekside Cafe, a must stop for your breakfast needs; Big House and Litl’ House burgers; and Salt & Lime, a twist on classic mexican food.
Primrose
Dry-aged USDA Prime beef and hand-cut Colorado black angus steaks, jet-fresh seafood and a curated wine list featuring over 300 wines from around the world will get you going at this classy, upscale restaurant.
Slopeside Grill
A locals favorite for apres skiing and lounging near the slopes.
The Paramount

E3 Chophouse
A classic steakhouse located on the Yampa Street in downtown Steamboat Springs, E3 offers a great variety of steaks that this restaurant raises at their antibiotic-free E3 Black Angus cattle ranch in Fort Scott, Kansas.
